  We were having problems on and off with out toilet backing up and thought it was because of the kids using too much toilet paper, as they do sometimes. My wife saw their video on Google and called Team Sewer and Water. Peter Viltrakis came to our home in Waterbury with some new type of video inspection camera that can actually see the inside of your sewer line which was pretty amazing. Pete showed us the recording of the video he shot and you could clearly see where our old clay sewer pipe had tree roots growing into one of the connections and in another area where the pipe had actually cracked from the roots growing around it. Long story short, Pete recommended to not even waste our money trying to snake and hydro-jet the inside of the sewer lateral because the problem would just keep happening sown the road. He was there the next day with his excavation equipment and new sewer pipe to replace our old clay pipe. 8 hours later we had a brand new sewer line installed and no more toilet clogs or backing sewage backing up. Team quoted us a price that was very reasonable and fair. Pete finished 2 hours earlier than expected and actually credited us for two hours of work which saved us quite a bit of money. If you have any problems with your sewer main in the Waterbury area we would highly recommend Team Sewer and Water to either hydro jet your sewer pipe or install a new lateral when needed. Pete Viltrakis was very honest, hard working and ethical. We NEVER expected to be given back a credit when he finished the job sooner than he thought. If I could give Team a 6 star review I would bur I can't...Pete Viltrakis and Team Sewer & Water for sewer cleaning and jetting, is a no-brainer for sure... Thank you for taking care of our family...
